Volume XXV pairs red raspberries from Mick Klug Farms with a strain of Brettanomyces Bruxellensis known for its combination of lemony citrus character and light funkiness. It pours a vibrant ruby red with a fluffy pink head and has notes of dense raspberry, lemon pith, bright berry pixie sticks, with a light, spry body and berry skin tannin.
